This educational philosophy was once again vividly demonstrated during a warm and inspiring awardceremony for students who skipped a grade,held at LWS.

　　01创始人致辞|因材施教，拥抱AI时代颁奖仪式在热烈的掌声中拉开帷幕，LWS美高双语学校创始人方先生首先登台致辞。他目光中充满欣慰，注视着台下那些在学术道路上勇于挑战自我的学子们。“教育不是流水线生产，而是精耕细作的艺术”。我们坚信每个孩子都是独一无二的，有着自己独特的天赋和发展节奏。今天站在这里的同学们用实力证明了自己的能力，学校为你们量身定制的跳级方案，正是因材施教理念的最好体现。方先生特别强调了面向未来的教育方向：“在人工智能迅猛发展的今天，我们不仅要掌握传统学科知识，更要拥抱变化，学习AI技术，理解AI思维。学校将为同学们开设专门的AI课程，帮助大家在科技浪潮中抢占先机，成为未来的领跑者”。在LWS的教育体系中，为满足不同学生的学习需求，部分学业表现突出、学有余力的同学选择利用寒暑假这一宝贵时间完成了知识的“自我超越”，成功实现跳级。与此同时，LWS美高双语学校也在暑假期间提供相应的课程，旨在因材施教、为学生创造“弯道超车”的学术条件，帮助他们更灵活地规划个人学业路径，加速完成个人的学习目标。The award ceremony commenced amidst warm applause, with Mr. Fang, founder of LWS, taking the stage first to deliver his speech. His eyes filled with pride and gratification, he gazed upon the students in the audience who had dared to challenge themselves academically."Education is not an assembly line; it is the art of meticulous cultivation,"he stated. "We firmly believe that every child is unique, possessing their own distinct talents and pace of development. The students standing here today have proven their capabilities through their achievements. The customized acceleration plan designed by the school for them is the very embodiment of the philosophy of teaching students according to their aptitude."Mr. Fang particularly emphasized the future-oriented direction of education: "In this era of rapid artificial intelligence development, we must not only master traditional academic knowledge but alsoembrace change, learn AI technologies, and understand AI thinking.The school will offer specialized AI courses to help students seize opportunities in the wave of technological advancement and become pioneers of the future."Within the LWS educational system, to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students, a number of academically outstanding and capable students have utilized the valuable winter and summer vacation periods to achieve “self-transcendence” in knowledge acquisition, successfully skipping grades. 　　02特别庆祝|分享“乐事”，天天开心方先生致辞结束后，学校为跳级学生们准备了一份特别的惊喜——每人一份精心包装的乐事薯片礼盒。“为什么选择薯片作为庆祝礼物?”Anna老师解释道，“这寓意着希望同学们在学术道路上不断突破的同时，也能享受童年的简单快乐，天天有‘乐事’，时时开心!”孩子们接过这份别具意义的礼物，脸上绽放出灿烂的笑容。这份贴心的安排，体现了学校不仅关注学生的学术成就，更关心他们的幸福感和童年体验。After Mr. Fang's speech, the school had prepared a special surprise for the students who had skipped a grade—a thoughtfully packaged gift box of Lay's potato chips for each of them."Why choose potato chips as a celebration gift?" explained Teacher Anna. "It symbolizes our hope that while students continue to break through academically,they can also enjoy the simple joys of childhood—may you have 'lay's' (happy things) every day and stay joyful at all times!"The children broke into bright smiles as they received the meaningful gifts. This thoughtful arrangement reflected the school's commitment to not only focusing on students' academic achievements but also caring deeply for their well-being and childhood experience.

Amid the sound of camera shutters, their proud and joyful smiles were captured forever. Among these students, some demonstrated remarkable talent in specific academic fields, while others, despite being the youngest, kept pace effortlessly with their older peers.Each child had their own unique story of acceleration, and each story deserved to be remembered.After the photo session, the students congratulated one another and shared in the joy, filling the venue with an atmosphere of warmth and inspiration.
